About Kat Ryan

Kat Ryan is, by day, a middle school teacher where she encourages kids to fall in love with books and to write their stories. Since she was small she has lived in a world of books and has decided to follow her long held dream of becoming an author. Kat believes all things in life are better with chocolate, coffee, and some time spent outdoors. Unfortunately for her, she lives in Illinois and the weather is unpredictable at best. At home Kat lives with her sons, a dog, and her husband of twenty plus years, whom she refers to as the tall one.
