
I first saw this recipe on Taylor Grasso’s Instagram (linked below). She a nutritionist and I like her balanced take on taking care of yourself and caring about nutrition. I think my recipe might be a touch different, but it’s close. I’m currently eating this once a day and absolutely love it.
Chocolate Protein Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 2/3 cup 2% milk (I use Fairlife)
- 1 teaspoon cocoa (I use Hershey’s)
- a splash of vanilla
Microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes. Stir. Add:
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter (I use Jif Natural Creamy)
- 1 scoop Peanut butter and Cocoa Protein Powder
- a few semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir. Top with raspberries or other berries.
