Apple Crisp
Preheat the oven to 350.
Butter a dish. I used a 9x9 glass Pyrex.
Place 4c sliced apples in the dish.
Sprinkle over the apples: 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 c. water
Rub together: 3/4 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup butter - drop over apples
Baket at 350 for 40 minutes
